I. General conditions of use of the online store www.petshop.si
The general conditions of use of the online store www.petshop.si are compiled in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia. The owner and operator of the online store is the company BTL marketing d.o.o., Založnikova ulica 43, 1351 Brezovica pri Ljubljani (hereinafter: the owner of the site) The owner of the site reserves the right to change the general terms of use at any time without prior notice. The changes come into force as soon as they are published on the website www.petshop.si.
By entering www.petshop.si, users confirm that they are familiar with the conditions, agree with them and are bound by their provisions. The general terms of use published in the online store www.petshop.si apply to the entire website www.petshop.si.
The owner of the site will make every effort to ensure that the information published on the website www.petshop.si is accurate. The site owner assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of the website, and at the same time reserves the right to change, supplement and update the functionality and content on the website.
II. Order creation process
The purchase order is divided into five steps and is concluded in the Slovenian language and is binding for both the buyer and the seller.
In the online store, the user selects the desired products and adds them to the cart by clicking on the appropriate icon. Any number of products can be added to the cart. When the user finishes adding products, they can continue shopping (products are saved in the cart for later purchase) or complete the purchase. When the user decides to order the selected products, he moves forward by clicking on the "Checkout" icon.
1. Summary
In the first step, the user sees a summary of his order. Here you can change the quantity and / or delete individual order items.
2. Login
Registered users enter their username and password in the dedicated fields. Unregistered users must register to purchase by entering their email address and clicking the "Create a new account" icon, and then fill out the form.
The user can also choose to purchase without registration (Quick Purchase) and fill out the form. Input fields marked with an asterisk are required.
3. Address
Check that the delivery address is correct. If you want to send the product to an address other than the one you used to register, you can change the delivery address. Go to the next step by clicking on the "Next" icon.
4. Delivery
In this step, specify the delivery method. In the online store www.petshop.si you have two possible delivery methods:
- Personal collection at the address of the company
- Delivery by GLS or Pošta Slovenije (selected by the seller)
When choosing the delivery method, you will also receive information about the cost of delivery.

5. Payment
In this step, you select a payment method. In the online store www.petshop.si you have two possible payment methods:
- Payment by proforma invoice
- Payment via PayPal
Confirm the order by clicking on the "Confirm order" button. You will receive a confirmation of the placed order to your e-mail address.
III. User registration
By registering, the customer confirms that he accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the online store www.petshop.si (published on this page). By registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address and a password set by the user himself and is secret. By doing so, he acquires the right to purchase products, making the user a customer.

IV. Prices and validity of the offer
All prices in the online store www.petshop.si include VAT. When buying, the prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. Prices are not pre-determined and are subject to change without notice.
The amount of postage is not included in the price of the products. The prices do not include delivery or postage costs, which are stated when calculating the value of the order before the electronic confirmation of the order and further on the invoice.
V. Delivery and delivery time
Products in stock will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the date of final order confirmation. The ordered products will be delivered via Post of Slovenia, or GLS, which means that the ordered products will be delivered by the postman to the address provided by the user when ordering. Usually deliveries are made in the morning, in case the user cannot accept the package it can latter be picked up at the nearest Post office or GLS package machine.
In the case of payment by proforma invoice, the goods are sent only after receipt of the transfer to the current owner's bank account.
For products that are not in stock at a certain time, the delivery time is increased accordingly, and the user will be notified by e-mail or telephone. In this case, the user has the right to withdraw from the order immediately if he does not agree with the delivery date.
In the event that several products have been ordered and one of them is in stock and the others are not, a partial delivery of the goods is made (partly immediately, partly when the stock allows), unless the user wishes otherwise. In this case, the amount of the entire order is taken into account to determine the payment of postage.
Postage costs are shown at the time of order creation and are added to the order amount.
CROATIA
Delivery time for Croatia is 3-5 days. If the owner of the site ships the ordered products on time, he is not responsible for the overdue delivery time of the contractor.
OTHER EU COUNTRIES
As a rule, the ordered products will be delivered via GLS and their contractual partners in the country of the buyer. The site owner can also choose another delivery service, if this will make the order more efficient. Delivery time depends on the buyer's country.
VI. Method of payment
The user can choose from the following payment options:
- upon receipt (after collection),
- Proforma Invoice,
- via the PayPal payment system.
After collection - payment after collection is made upon receipt of the goods, when the delivery service (GLS or Pošta Slovenije) delivers the package to the desired address. Payment can be in cash or by credit card - depending on the delivery service options. Depending on the delivery service, the user can pay the delivery service the cost of transferring the amount (regardless of whether postage is charged to the user or not).
Proforma invoice - You will receive the details for the transfer by proforma invoice and proforma invoice to your e-mail address. We send the ordered products only after receiving the transfer to our bank account. If the user does not pay the amount according to the proforma invoice within 14 days, the order will be canceled and as such will no longer be considered.
CROATIA and OTHER EU COUNTRIES
For Croatia and other EU countries, it is possible to pay by proforma invoice or via PayPal.
VII. Right of withdrawal from the purchase, return of goods
Within fifteen (15) days of receiving the goods, the buyer has the right to notify the e-mail address info@btl-m.si or in writing by mail to the address BTL marketing d.o.o., Založnikova ulica 43, 1351 Brezovica near Ljubljana, to withdraw from the purchase or. contract without having to state the reason for its decision.
The buyer must then return the goods to the company undamaged, in undamaged original packaging and in the same quantity within fifteen (15) days of the notification of withdrawal from the order. The only cost that the buyer has with the withdrawal from the order or. of the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods, which is sent to the address: BTL marketing d.o.o., Založnikova ulica 43, 1351 Brezovica near Ljubljana.
BTL marketing d.o.o. returns the purchase price to the buyer no later than within 10 days of receiving the returned goods exclusively to a personal bank account, which you notify us in the return process. We do not pay out cash.
VIII. Membership in the Breeders' Club
Only members of the Breeders 'Club have access to the Breeders' Club website. Terms of membership are listed on the entry page. To become a member, the user must contact the owner of the site via the link on the entrance page of the Breeders' Club. If the user proves that he meets the conditions for membership in the Breeders' Club, a contract is signed with him. The contract does not oblige the user to purchase and is made only to meet the legal requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.
Upon signing the contract, the user obtains a special password with which he can enter on the website of the Breeders' Club.
IX. Privacy Statement
Online store www.petshop.si owned by BTL marketing d.o.o. (hereinafter petshop.si online store), undertakes to keep personal data confidential and the privacy of users of the online store in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Rules on Personal Data Protection and will do everything necessary to protect them from any violations and abuses. We do not pass on personal data to third parties.
By registering in the online store petshop.si, the user or. the natural person agrees with the following statements:
- agrees with the general conditions of the website www.petshop.si
- allows the website to collect and use personal data entered during registration (name and surname, e-mail address, password in encrypted form, delivery address, contact telephone number).
- data obtained through registration are collected exclusively for administrative and technical purposes and the needs of making payments and sending goods. The website is not responsible for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of the data entered by users.
- declares that it is aware that the website may from time to time send information material to an e-mail address and may at any time request that the website cease to use personal data for the purpose of sending information material.
Cancellation of registration
The user of the website can cancel his registration in the online store petshop.si at any time by sending an e-mail to info@btl-m.si and we will delete all acquired personal data of the user from the list of users. We will only keep issued invoices for purchases made, in accordance with Article 57 of the ZDDV, and thus the mandatory data (name and surname, address, place, postal code, telephone number). Before canceling the registration, the user must settle all possible outstanding liabilities from the purchases made in the online store petshop.si on the website.

The owner of the site will do his best to resolve any disputes amicably or. by out-of-court settlement, but if this is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the court with substantive jurisdiction in Ljubljana.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with the legislation arising from the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, Regulation (EU) no. Regulation (EC) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC, the owner of the site does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.

All disputes arising from the use of the web portal and from these general terms and conditions of business, which the owner of the site and the user could not amicably resolve, are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana.
