2. to reduce overweight: until the target body weight is reached and, if necessary, to maintain the target body weight,
3. to support lipid metabolism initially for up to 2 months.

The recommended daily amounts are shown in the feeding table. For effective weight loss or ideal weight maintenance, we should not exceed the recommended daily energy intake. Water must always be available. Keep food dry or slightly moistened.
